A $25 Travel Fee applied for distances greater than 10 miles from the 2UMedical Office in Buckhead, and $25 for every 10 miles thereafter. Extra fees may apply for some lab tests and treatments. Accepted payment options: cash, credit card, debit card, HSA card (does not apply to aesthetic services). Full payment is due at time of service. Upon request, we will provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company. Retainer services are offered by the day, week, or month and 24-hour service is available. We also offer annual membership where you have 24-hour access to a doctor or nurse practitioner. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time.
